Yesterday’s interval training. 3 minutes on, 1 minute off. 8.3 miles total.

Tried to keep the pace for each run around 9:00/mile — easier for some intervals than others. Really started to get into a groove around mile 3, then I headed up a 1/4-mile hill and was just about able to get up and down in 3 minutes. Slowed me down for the next few intervals, but really glad I did it. 

I think I did 22 intervals, but the data from the Nike+ site is a little wonky right now and not giving me all the deets.
